ORDERING
Orders will be received by uploading photo books via our software or to an allocated FTP folder.
All professional and wholesales maybe supplied with their own unique FTP address.
Sending the completed album layout on CD or removable media via post or courier, if Album Makers
Australia Pty Ltd incurs any charges associated with packing and freight this will be charged back to sender
at cost.
PAYMENT
All orders must be paid in full before commencement of production.
Bankcard, Visa Card, Master Card are accepted as well as direct bank transfers.
Clients with a proven credit history may apply for a 14 day account.
GUARANTEE
Albums Makers Australia Pty Ltd will replace or repair products which are
found to be Genuinely faulty due to manufacturing procedures,
craftsmanship or materials
If you are not satisfied with your Album, your money is reimbursed without further ado, but only if:
1. You did not modify your photos
2. You did not receive the warning: "poor quality photos used"
3. When placing your photos in the Album Makers Album Creation Software Editor your photos are not
underexposed.
4. You are unhappy with the album layout that you created.
To have your money reimbursed, follow the procedure as described below.
1. Send us your complaint within 48 hours through the Contact Page.
2. Subsequently, you will receive a reference number by email.
3. The album must be returned within 14 days.
3. Return the Album by postage and in the original packing or packed so as not to be damaged in transit.
Claims can only be made by who ever originally purchase the album from Albums Makers Australia Pty Ltd.
