How many pages are there in a book?
You are free to include as many pages as required.
The minimum number of pages is 2 the maximum is 50.
Due to structure of our albums it is not possible to add a single page all pages are added in multiples of 2.
How many photos to a page?
There is no set number of images to a page.
We do suggest that you do not over over populate a page with excess images.
The templates included in our software limits the maximine number of images per page to 10.
It is possible to manually place as many images on a pages as required.
You may choose not to have any images on a pages and place text only on the page
What are the option for covers?
We allow you to design you own album cover. Images, text and background images can all be combine to make a beautifull and unique cover.
Our photobook creation software packages will assist in the design.
Can I make changes to my photobook after I have uploaded the file?
We recommend that you proof your book before uploading the file as it almost impossible to make changes after the upload.
If you contact us within 24 hours of upload it maybe possible that your file can be removed from the list and you upload a modified project.
Do you print your logo on the book?
Usually our logo will appear on the last page of the photobook.
We do make an exception for professional photographers. Professionals will have to register prior to printing.
What is a page?
A page is one side only
The left side of an open book is one page the right side of an open book is another page.
How do I know if my images will print OK?
We are unable to help with the content or colour of your images. However, the resolution of an image is important.
The minimum resolution of an image is 150 DPI, the optimal resolution is 360 DPI.
Our album creation software will indicate if the resolution is suitable for producing a good print.
Can I get help with the album creation software?
Both our album creation software packages contain a very detailed help section. If you you have a problem and cannot find the answer in the help section of the software application.

I have a Mac, can I use your software?
Unfortunately, our software is windows based only.
However, we are able to print "photo books" from other software applications i.e. Iphoto, Illustrator, Photoshop.
Files can be either PDF, jpg, tiff.
To upload these "photo albums" goto to our home page and select the UPLOAD option and follow the instructions.
How long does it take to upload a photobook?
It is difficult to give an exact time to upload
As a guide the time taken to upload a 200MB file for a:
- 56k Modem = 8hrs 15min
- 64K modem = 7 hrs 17min
- 128k = 3 hrs 25min
- 256K = 1 hrs 43min
- 1.5Mbps = 17min
