Here at Album Makers we supply two styles of layflat photo albums and photo books.
These are the “Lay Flat Album” and “Lay Flat Flush Mount Album”, these albums are often the preferred album of the professional wedding photographer and thus called “Layflat Wedding Albums”
What is the difference between these two Albums?
1) Lay Flat Album - Made with photographic paper giving you the same high quality image reproduction as the flush mount albums, but at a fraction of the cost. Prints are mounted back to back (see image “Lay Flat Albums” opposite), offering a lightweight feel to the pages. These photo books are available with either a hard or soft cover.
2) Flush Mount Album - Our flush mount lay-flat albums are also made with photographic paper with hard covers and cardboard pages (see image “Flush Mount Album page construction” opposite) that will not bend. Photo pages are glued onto cardboard and lay completely flat and extend across the entire page. . - More -

The software includes a large number of ready-to-use themes, that can be easily applied throughout the entire Photobook. These themes are complemented with variety of clipart, masks, borders and backgrounds which help create different designs with a single pattern throughout the design.
Page Layout
There are thousands of layouts to choose from, Xpress makes it extremely easy to create photobooks. These templates are optimised for accurate placements and creations. The Layouts are a mix of Portrait, Landscape, Square and Panoramic orientation.
Automatic Photo Placement
The Wizard driven Xpress software can automatically create an album, placing the photos on all the album pages optimized and orientationed correctly. The application intelligently places them without any cropping.
Image Editing
The software provides rich editing tools to allow user to make correction to the images in their photobook.
Correction Tools include:Colour correction manual and automatic red-eye reduction, cropping, brightness-contrast.
User can even change the color tones to Black and White.
Photo Book Preview
